Paintings available from the
Darwin and Ethel Musselman Exemption Trust
1) These paintings are offered for sale by the heirs of Darwin B Musselman; Dr. Ronald Musselman of Venice, FL is serving as the selling agent.
2) Unless indicated otherwise, these paintings are available for inspection in Venice, FL. Other locations would be North Easton, MA or Versailles, KY.
3) Please initiate a purchase through the Contact page; additional photos are available upon request (such as details of signature, back of stretcher bar, etc.)
4) Sales will not be by email only; there must be at least telephone contact with Dr. Musselman before a sales contract will be drawn up.
5) Prices are for unframed work.
6) Shipping and insurance are included in the sales price.
7) For pieces in excess of $5,000, an appraisal by a registered appraiser in Sarasota, FL will be provided at no extra cost.
8) Paintings will be shipped in wood crates; drawings in cardboard boxes. UPS only; signature required.
9) Payment may be made by check.
